School Support

The NSLLP team offers a range of support services to assist you across all phases of the study:

Before Data Collection

Kick-off Meeting:
This 60-minute conference call with your designated School Coordinator is your orientation to the project and a forum to voice your initial questions about implementing the study.

School Coordinator:
Your School Coordinator serves as a liaison with the rest of the NSLLP team. These individuals communicate with the Principle Investigators, research team, and the resources of CSS—so they are equipped to answer any questions you might have.

School Coordinators welcome you to NSLLP with the Kick-off Meeting and offer continued support by supplying you with:

  • Answers to your questions
  • Information about NSLLP protocol
  • Updates as new information emerges
  • Assistance in making informed choices
  • Reminders about deadlines for project task submission
  • Suggestions to enhance the value of participation

They will work closely with you in order to understand your needs and help you implement NSLLP to get the most meaningful data possible.

NSLLP School Guide and NSLLP EXCHANGE:
You will enjoy access to the NSLLP School Guide, a comprehensive online guide and collection of resources dedicated to all phases of the study—such as progress reports, data, questionnaires, and templates—that lets you draw upon the success of previous participants. It features a secure area called NSLLP EXCHANGE that allows for the instant, paperless submission of project tasks.

During Data Collection

Respondent Support:
CSS personnel provide comprehensive respondent support—addressing inquiries within 24 hours of their receipt—to spare your institution the burden of addressing technical concerns and user issues.

Survey Reporting:
CSS maintains a portal site that monitors the progression of NSLLP at your campus, providing daily updates on response and completion rates. By monitoring this information, you may address a low response rate before the end of the data-collection period. This service allows you to take measures that assure the quality of your data, ensuring that potential issues are recognized and resolved before they jeopardize data quality.

After Data Collection

LLP Conference Workshop:
This session at the 2011 ACUHO-I LLP Conference workshop will familiarize you with the data-reporting format and better equip you to read and interpret your results. It will also offer suggestions for performing future analysis on your raw data to ensure you get the most from your participation.

Executive Summary:
In addition to your raw institutional data and national statistics, you will receive a customized report synthesizing your school’s data. This executive summary highlights unique institutional findings and compares student outcomes on your campus with those of similar institutions across the nation.
