5. Can we add more cases to our sample size for the survey?
Yes. The recommended sample size can be increased for an additional fee. Please inform your School Coordinator if you wish to expand your sample.

6. Do I have to create custom questions?
No. Custom questions are service for schools interested in additional data. We recommend that you ask only those questions that will provide you with useful information.

7. Do I have to create 10 custom questions?
No. You are welcome to add as many as you would like for a maximum of 10 questions. It is wise to make judicious use of this tool, as each additional question adds to the respondent burden of the instrument—and ultimately reduce the completion rate.

8. Is there an extra fee for the custom questions?
You may choose up to 10 questions at no additional cost. Additional questions may be purchased for a fee of $50 per question.
